Vores brug af personoplysninger
Vi udlevere aldrig personoplysninger til tredjepart, med mindre du selv udtrykkeligt har giver tilladelse, og vi indsamler aldrig personoplysninger, uden at du selv har givet os disse oplysninger, for eksempel ved registrering af klub medlemskab eller gæst medlemskab via klubben website.
Personoplysninger bruges i klubbens medlems register i forbindelse med indsamling af kontigent og betaling af gæst brug af klubben baner og fasiliteter m.m. Oplysningerne bruges derudover kun til at få et bedre kendskab til dig og øvrige brugere af websitet. Denne brug kan bl.a. omfatte undersøgelser og analyser, der er rettet mod en forbedring af klubbens tilbud og teknologier, samt visning af indhold og klubbens sponsors reklamer m.m.

Hvis du ønsker adgang til de oplysninger, som er registreret om dig, skal du rette henvendelse klubbens formand. Er der registreret forkerte data, eller har du andre indsigelser, kan du rette henvendelse samme sted. Du har mulighed for at få indsigt i, hvilke informationer der er registreret om dig, og du kan gøre indsigelse mod en registrering i henhold til reglerne i Persondataloven.
Beskyttelse af personoplysninger
Ifølge persondataloven skal dine personlige oplysninger opbevares sikkert og fortroligt. Vi gemmer dine personlige oplysninger på computere med begrænset adgang, som er placeret i kontrollerede faciliteter, og vores sikkerhedsforanstaltninger kontrolleres løbende for at afgøre, om vores brugeroplysninger håndteres forsvarligt, og under stadig hensyntagen til dine rettigheder som bruger.
Vi kan ikke garantere en et-hundrede procent (100%) sikkerhed ved dataoverførsler via internettet. Det betyder, at der kan være en risiko for, at andre uberettiget tiltvinger sig adgang til oplysninger og data. som er overført eller sendes via Internettet og opbevares elektronisk.
Du afgiver således dine personlige oplysninger på eget ansvar!
Personoplysninger slettes eller anonymiseres løbende efterhånden som det formål, de blev indsamlet til, afsluttes. Personoplysninger gemmes højst i 12 måneder efter brug. Informationer om klubmedlemskab vil blive opbevaret for længden af medlemskabet, og følgende i Nexø Tennis Klubs regnskabet, som krævet af myndighederne og til hver tid gældende lovgivningen (DK/EU).
Den hurtige udvikling af internettet betyder, at ændringer i vores behandling af personoplysninger kan blive nødvendige. Vi forbeholder os derfor ret til at opdatere og ændre nærværende retningslinjer for behandling af personoplysninger. I tilfælde af væsentlige ændringer vil vi give dig besked i form af en synlig meddelelse på vores websites og/eller via email, samt på klubben årlige generalforsamling.
I det omfang, der behandles personoplysninger om dig, har du ifølge persondataloven ret til at få oplyst, hvilke personoplysninger, der har relation til dig. Såfremt det viser sig, at de oplysninger eller data, der vedrørede dig, er urigtige eller vildledende, har du ret til at kræve disse berigtiget eller slettet. Du kan til enhver tid gøre indsigelse mod, at oplysninger om dig gøres til genstand for behandling. Du kan også til enhver tid tilbagekalde dit samtykke. Du har mulighed for at klage over behandlingen af oplysninger og data vedrørende dig. Klage indgives til Datatilsynet, jf. persondatalovens § 58, stk. 1.

Our use of personal information
We never disclose personal information to third parties unless you have expressly given permission, and we never collect personal information without you giving us this information yourself, for example by registering club membership or guest membership via the club website.
Personal information is used in the club’s member register in connection with the collection of contingent and payment of guest use of the club courses and facilities m.m. In addition, the information is only used to gain a better knowledge of you and other users of the website. This use can i.a. include studies and analyzes aimed at improving the club’s offerings and technologies, as well as displaying content and the club’s sponsors’ advertisements, etc.
Contact regarding personal information
If you want access to the information that is registered about you, please contact the club president. If incorrect data has been registered, or if you have other objections, you can contact the same place. You have the opportunity to gain insight into what information has been registered about you, and you can object to a registration in accordance with the rules in the Personal Data Act.
Protection of personal data
According to the Personal Data Act, your personal information must be stored securely and confidentially. We store your personal information on computers with restricted access, which are located in controlled facilities, and our security measures are continuously checked to determine whether our user information is handled properly, while still respecting your rights as a user.
We cannot guarantee one hundred percent (100%) security for data transfers via the Internet. This means that there may be a risk that others will inadvertently force access to information and data. which are transmitted or transmitted via the Internet and stored electronically.
You thus provide your personal information at your own risk!
Personal information is deleted or anonymised on an ongoing basis as the purpose for which it was collected is terminated. Personal information is stored for a maximum of 12 months after use. Information about club membership will be stored for the length of the membership, and the following in the Nexø Tennis Club’s accounts, as required by the authorities and the legislation in force at any given time (DK / EU).
The rapid development of the Internet means that changes in our processing of personal data may become necessary. We therefore reserve the right to update and change these guidelines for the processing of personal data. In the event of significant changes, we will notify you in the form of a visible announcement on our websites and / or via email, as well as at the club’s annual general meeting.
To the extent that personal data about you is processed, you have the right under the Personal Data Act to be informed which personal data is related to you. If it turns out that the information or data that pertained to you is incorrect or misleading, you have the right to demand that it be corrected or deleted. You can at any time object to information about you being processed. You can also revoke your consent at any time. You have the opportunity to complain about the processing of information and data concerning you. Complaints are submitted to the Danish Data Protection Agency, cf. section 58 (1) of the Personal Data Act. 1.
